June 25th/03 - Last day of school
June 11th/03 - Okay I haven't been on for a little bit 'cause I just recently got back from a 3 - day camping trip with my 8th grade class in my school (Didn't have a choice really but it was loads of fun!) Okay now for a quick recap of the more entertaining things that happened during my treck.
On the night of June 11th, which is yesterday night today, we were in an old hospital called ' Fort San ' for people with taburkulosous (an infection in the lungs) in around the1920's and up and my class got sorted into 2 groups (The females and then the males, with the exception of the mixed chaperones). The guys had the option of going first or watching the movie first and they chose to do the tour and we were stuck watching the video (Which was boring as hell, mind you it was pretty informative of the Fort's history) So anyway, girl I know - Denzele tried to take a peek at who was outside in the corridors but scarred herself by seeing her refelction in a window on a door across the hall. Not the brightest candle on the cake I can tell ya that.....
Anyway the movie finished and the tour guide drew Denzele's name out of the papers to become his personal helper, helping him with numerous things such as holding doors open, flicking lights on and/or off etc. (Just her luck eh?) So the first test was down in the basement where he shone light at a tiny hole in a wall across from where I and the rest of the group were standing and asked her to go and place her hand to where he shone the light. So Denzele slowly edged towards the target when a cardboard box which was stationed some 10 feet away from her sped across the floor and she screamed 'Jesus Christ!' coming back. And it took about 9 mins for her to flick the light on with Denzele muttering "Jesus Christ!' every 10 seconds.
Next my Teacher Mr.Lewis was positioned inside the morge on one of the bottom floors and popped out on us scaring most of the group (Not I though which was exteremly disappointing 'cause I really wanted to be scared out of my wits, but unfortunately the only fear I felt was the 'someone's gonna pop out on ya at any second' kind so....
And the tour just kind of progressed from their, but I have to admit that I heard the guys tour was far more exciting.....and long!
